In this seminar series, we focus on individual values rather than collective concepts. This course provides participants with the tools to analyze their personally significant creations, such as music, films, poetry, books, artwork, and more.

Seminar Program:

1. Introduction:

  • Alternative worldviews (ontologies) in society
  • Paradigms (Newtonian, Post-modern, and the like) as the roots of social standards

2. Individual Beliefs vs Collective Concepts:

      • What sets individual beliefs apart from collective ones?
      • Existential vs Sham (butaforic) qualities
      • Differentiating between collective assumptions and individual beliefs

      3. Methodological section:

      • Levels of abstraction
      • Attributes, qualities, ideas
      • Deducing ideas from a phenomenon

      4. Practical Application:

      • Sample analysis with the application of training methodology
      • Exercises on the application of the methodology to individually significant sources.

By the end of the seminar, participants will develop a deeper understanding of alternative worldviews and paradigms, recognizing their influence on individual choices. This understanding will enable participants to navigate societal standards more consciously and make informed choices that align with their existential values.

They will acquire skills to consciously reflect on personally significant predispositions. With this knowledge, participants will be able to critically evaluate and interpret the interplay between individual beliefs and collective concepts, making more informed decisions that reflect their true identity and aspirations. Ultimately, the seminar empowers participants to live a more authentic and purposeful life.
